Executive Partnership
Organizational Transformation
Strategic Execution
—
Across entrepreneurship, government, philanthropic, and corporate environments, Rebecca is driven by opportunities to radically shift the trajectory of an outcome with lasting impact.
Throughout her career, she has led high-stakes initiatives where strategy, execution, and discretion are equally critical. Her ability to bring clarity to complexity, anticipate downstream implications, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics has consistently strengthened executive decision-making.
Most recently, Rebecca served as Executive Director of Communications and Strategic Initiatives for Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD), where she partnered directly with executive leadership on organizational transformation, crisis response, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement.
She cultivated strategic relationships with corporate partners, the Golden Globes, foundations, the White House, senior government officials, elected leaders, and major national media outlets, advising through periods of significant public scrutiny.
Rebecca spearheaded a comprehensive organizational rebrand, designing an extensive internal and external stakeholder engagement process that balanced institutional legacy with future direction and secured unanimous Board approval.
At 16, Rebecca founded and scaled an international business with operations spanning Melbourne, China, London, and New York. Building a global company taught her to think commercially, adapt quickly, and make decisions with imperfect information, skills that continue to shape her leadership today. The brand earned international recognition, with products featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, and Marie Claire, and worn by Catherine, Princess of Wales, and other public figures.
Rebecca brings a founder’s mindset and an operator’s discipline to every role, combining strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
